Rashid Abbasi (rashid.abbasi@gmail. com) earned his Ph.D. degree from the Department of Computer Science and Technology, Anhui University, Hefei, China, in 2019. From 2020 to 2024, he was a postdoctoral researcher with the School of Information and Communication Engineering, University of Electronic Science and Technology of China, Chengdu 610056, China, and the Key Laboratory of Advanced Perception and Intelligent Control of High-End Equipment, Ministry of Education, School of Electrical Engineering, Anhui Polytechnic University, Wuhu 241000, China. He is currently working with the College of Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence, Wenzhou University, Wenzhou 325035, China. His research interests include 3D point cloud processing, autonomous driving, image processing, information privacy, and deep learning. He has authored over 50 research articles and is supervising/cosupervising several graduate degree students. He is a Member of IEEE.
